About the Artist

Ronnie was born and raised in South and West Side Denver. After growing up in the city and surviving both a near fatal car wreck and stabbing, he attended and graduated DU, and went on to become a secondary science educator, creative arts drawing instructor, and free-lance medical illustrator and artist.  

Imagination Creation Studios' company logo the baby elephant was inspired by Ronnie Garcia's grandmother, Mo, who loved elephants and taught Ronnie how to color pictures vivaciously at a young age. 

Did you know elephants represent wisdom, good luck, fertility, and protection? They're thought to attract good fortune, especially wearing or displaying the image of an elephant with its trunk raised in the home. This represents the showering of positive energy from the trunk into the surrounding environment according to many cultures and traditions.
